In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
You can choose your own intensity level of the exercises so the class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced.

At Liikunta building get the equipment for the class from the equipment room L149. The instructor will write on the white board next to the equipment room what you'll need. At Jamk all equipment are in the sports hall.
