Les Mills Bodycombat is an empowering cardio workout that is inspired by different kinds of martial arts, such as karate, kick-boxing, muay thai and taekwondo. The program teaches you the main principals of the different martial arts, lifts your heart rate up to the ceiling and makes you push yourself to the limits.
You don't have to have any previous experience of martial arts training so come and join!
At Liikunta building get the equipment for the class from the equipment room L149. The instructor will write on the white board next to the equipment room what you'll need. At Jamk all equipment are in the sports hall.
