EASY Strength gives you a good sweat with strength exercises done using your own bodyweight and different equipment like dumbbells or mini bands.
EASY Strength is suitable for beginners but it’s also a good workout for more experienced athletics since you can choose lighter or heavier weights.
The class includes a short warm-up. The cool down is done on your own.
Tip! The Cardio Party class is a perfect match after EASY Strength if you want to boost your aerobic fitness at the same time.
At Liikunta building get the equipment for the class from the equipment room L149. The instructor will write on the white board next to the equipment room what you'll need. At Jamk all equipment are in the sports hall.
