In HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) class, short work and recovery intervals alternate to keep the workout effective yet manageable. Each exercise comes with two options: a more intense HIIT version and a gentler LIIT version. You can choose the one that suits your energy level and fitness.
LIIT exercises are designed to be kind to your body, especially your musculoskeletal system. The entire class is time-based, so everyone can move at their own pace. That makes it ideal for both beginners and experienced exercisers.

Pick up the necessary equipment from the Sports Equipment Storage (L149). The instructor will write on the board next to the storage what you need for the class.
At Jamk, equipment is available directly in the sports hall.
