Below you will find instructions on how to use uMove's booking calendar and book your place for group fitness classes and ball game sessiosn. You'll also find instructions on how to book classes with our partners CrossFit40100 and Klub1. Take a look and book your place!
Create a new account in uMove’s booking system: Jyväskylän korkeakoululiikunta (enkora.fi)
If you create an account using the student email of University of Jyväskylä, use the longer version of the e-mail.
Once you've created an account, you can book your place for the classes and sessions. The easiest way is to use the OnTheMove app. Download OnTheMove from the app store and enter the same e-mail address you used to create your account in the booking calendar: uMove (enkora.fi). An activation code will be sent to your e-mail. If you don't see the message, check your spam folder.
The uMove logo may not appear in the app on the same day, so just wait until the next day. In the meantime, you can book classes and sessions in the browser version of the booking calendar: uMove (enkora.fi).
Once the app is working, click all locations, classes and sessions active so that they appear in the app. In other words, you can filter classes and sessions by content and location.

We recommend the OnTheMove app since sometimes the browser version is not showing all the classes and sessions. If this happens, try to clear your cache. That usually helps.
You can book classes and shifts 8 days before the start of each class or shift.
If you are not able to come to the class / shift, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the start of the class / shift.
If the class / shift is full, you can book a place on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, the system will send an e-mail message at the latest 60 minutes before the start of the class / shift.
As a general rule, classes and shifts are repeated weekly, but there may be occasional cancellations or changes.
If a class / shift is cancelled after the booking has opened, you will be informed by e-mail.
Sudden cancellations after 4pm will be announced on the door of the sports hall.
Bookings for the classes are done through the booking system of CrossFit 40100. Download the Wodconnect app on your phone or access the system via website: WODconnect - Workout tracking, gym billing and booking. Log in with either your Facebook account or create an account with your email address. Go to "Search for your gym" and select uMove - CrossFit 40100. Then click on "Join a gym".
You can book classes 7 days in advance. Cancellations at least 2 hours before the start of the class.

Registration for the classes are done through the Klub1’s booking system. You can order your own ID by email: palvelu@klub1.fi.
Provide your address, email and phone number and tell that you are uMove's member. You will receive registration instructions in the return mail.
Registration for classes will open 3 days before the start of the class.
uMove's membership only includes Cycling classes that are on uMove's own schedule.

Bookings for Yarnanta's classes have moved to uMove's own booking system. Classes are booked in the same way as uMove's other group fitness classes.
uMove's membership includes Yarnanta’s classes that are in uMove's booking calendar.
