Come and dance modern bachata!

The soft, flowing movement and the catchy music of bachata, which has gained worldwide popularity, will captivate you.

In the class you will learn the basic steps of bachata, feminine expression and bodywork, as well as different step patterns, from which you will build a short choreography during the class.

The class is danced solo, i.e. without a partner. The level of the class is open and suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike - the main thing is to have a good time and enjoy the dance and the movement!

Commercial is a street dance style which is inspired by music videos and commercial videos. Commercial is a fusion of various styles like hiphop, waacking, jazz dance and show dance. Besides technique we are training strong performing and finding your own style. All you need is shoes/sneakers when coming to this class.

Previous experience in dancing is beneficial, but everybody from beginners to experienced dancers are very welcome to join!

Historical Dances are mainly court and folk dances from 1500s-1700s England, France and Italy.

You don’t need your own partner and no special clothing is needed.

Class is suitable for beginners as well as those who have practiced historical dances before.

You’ll learn the basics steps of reggaeton and a fun choreography. At the same time you’ll get a good sweat!

The teacher of the class is a professional dancer and a teacher from Cuba! Reidel teaches with a happy and energetic style. He speaks Spanish but also knows the basics of Finnish. No worries if you’re English-speaking – the class is still easy to follow.  

The class is suitable for all. Don’t worry if it feels a bit difficult at first – you'll get it in time!

Learn Cuban salsa steps!

Come and enjoy a fun dance class of Cuban salsa. In Salsa solo classes you’ll be dancing “solo” without a pair. You’ll learn the basics steps of salsa and a fun choreography. At the same time you’ll get a good sweat!

A real dance cocktail made of twerk, dancehall, and reggaeton!

The main focus of the class is having fun while dancing, but you can also take this opportunity to get to know the characteristics of different dance styles. One thing is for sure—you will sweat!

All the dance styles are energetic and and the focus is on using your core muscles. Each class finishes off with a longer choreography where you get to savor the ingredients. This time, dance will be served "Shaken—and stirred!"

There might be some floor work in the class so if you wish take something to cover your knees, for example leg warmers.

Express yourself and enjoy the magic of dancing!

Show dance is a diverse fusion of various dance styles and its technique is based on jazz dance. The class consists of warm up, technique training with different kinds of pirouettes and jumps and of course choreography. We dance without shoes; socks or barefoot is very okay!
