uMove arrives at Jamk's campus and offers free trial classes, a community run by students own running club, coffee, and a raffle – welcome to join!

Join the wellbeing event, featuring:

At 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Sound bowl relaxation
At 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Daytime Pilates
At 11:00 Am - 3:00 PM Pop-up stand – meet the uMove team and get to know university sports! Free coffee and a raffle.

Sign-up is open until 28th of Septmeber.

📍Close to Lutakko Campus

At 6 - 7:15 PM Community run organized by students own running club "Taasko radalla?"

The run starts from Lutakko Satama, address Satamakatu 8. Check out for more information at Instagram @taaskoradallaclub No registration needed.

The event is free of charge and open to all Jamk and JYU students and staff members.
