uMove Singing Bowl Relaxations - Nov 6th. & Dec 4th.

Free and popular uMove Singing Bowl Relaxation sessions for our members are coming soon!
In these sessions, you can take a break from the hectic pace of daily life and find relaxation. 

Registrations opens on Tuesday, October 1 at 12:00 PM

Schedule: 

  • Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM 

Location: RUU C101 Lucina (JYU Ruusupuisto building, Alvar Aalto Street 9, 40600 Jyväskylä) 

Instructor: Kaisu Peltoperä 

Right to participate: uMove members

Participant limit: 20 person / session 

Registration:

Registration for both sessions opens on
Tuesday, October 1 at 12:00 PM
and closes on October 31 and November 30 at 11:59 PM,
or when the sessions are fully booked.
